This blue-eyed blonde beauty measures a BIG 8 ½” tall and 4” at widest point. Despite her regal Victorian gown and upswept hairdo, this striking powder bowl was no doubt made during the 1920s-30s Deco era. Notice her beautiful features and delicate coloring—all the signs of fine German porcelain china.
